KAIKORERO ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.
Duties and Taxes
Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), meaning that it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
American customers: order under 800 USD can be imported free of any import duties.
Australian customers: order under 1000 AUD can be imported free of any import duties.
Chinese customers: You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders with an equivalent purchase of over 300 USD.
Risk and Ownership
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
Order Status
Processing – Your payment has been received and stock has been reduced - the order is awaiting shipment.
Shipped – You order has been shipped - requires no further action on your part.
Cancelled – The order has been cancelled by an admin or the customer – no further action required.
Completed – You have received your order.
FAQ
How long until my order is dispatched?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes. During promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can take up to 4-5 business days.
Can I amend shipping information once have submitted my order?
Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
No, our shipping partner doesn’t provide this service.
